6-STEP REPLACEMENT

Replacing the Trodat Printy's ink pad is quick.

How to proceed:

1. Hold the stamp with one hand so that you can see the back of the stamp.
2. Press the stamp so that the text plate no longer touches the ink pad.
3. On some models there is a button located in the middle of the back side which must be unlocked before the ink pad can be removed from the stamp.
4. Grasp the ink pad with two fingers and pull it out of the stamp.
5. Insert the new ink pad into the stamp.
6. Reactivate the lock if present.

The ink pad has now been replaced and the stamp can be used again.
