Delivery Costs and Time
United Kingdom:
- Per delivery we charge shipping and handling costs of € 7,50 incl. VAT.
- Delivery time 5-7 working days
- For non-EU countries: you may be charged customs duties and taxes.
Ireland:
- Per delivery we charge shipping and handling costs of € 18,50 incl. VAT.
- Delivery time 2-4 working days
Shipment
- Orders are sent with Track & Trace, you can check the expected delivery by using the forwarded link in your email dispatch confirmation.
- Standard stamps and items in stock (items with delivery time of 1 working day) ordered before 12 pm will be shipped the same working day.
- Shipment of the ordered products takes place after the number of days indicated on the product page.
Return
- Unhindered by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, terrorist attacks, etc.) RoyalPosthumus assumes responsibility for damaged items.
- This means that you can return the damaged items at RoyalPosthumus' expense and will be refunded the full purchase price, the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
- Consumers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days after delivery of the product, if this concerns a nonpersonalised product.
- They may return a product within that period, paying only the postage for the return.
- RoyalPosthumus may not charge a shipping or handling fee. If the consumer returns the product within the cooling-off period, RoyalPosthumus is obliged to repay the amount paid within 30 days.
