Unhardened or hardened?
1) Unhardened, the Posta Bijou impact stamps are suitable for softer metals such as brass, copper, aluminium, tin and lead. Of course they are also suitable for wood, leather and plastic.
Hardened Posta Bijou stamps are also suitable for harder metals such as chrome, nickel and silver.
2) The service life of a hardened impact stamp is always longer than that of an unhardened impact stamp.
